A design search helps assess the novelty and distinctiveness of a product's visual appearance before filing a design application or introducing a new design to the market. Findings are presented in a clear and practical format tailored to the client's objectives. Depending on the level of support required, results may be delivered as a standalone search report or accompanied by a detailed review and strategic assessment. Where appropriate, we also highlight design differentiation opportunities, filing considerations, and areas requiring further investigation.
